Nobel Prize for research on graphene films

10/12/2010

The 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to Professors Andre Geim and Konstantin Novoselov (Manchester University) for groundbreaking research on two dimensional material graphene.

One could expect it will generate additional interest toward graphene films and graphene film deposition techniques. KSV NIMA application note 3 depicts how KSV NIMA Langmuir-Blodgett Deposition Trough and KSV NIMA PM-IRRAS can be used to deposit and characterize graphene films.
